5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Buyvio

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
